Centalize setup routines
There are currently at least four independent game-objects in the launch-menue scene that execute setup scripts. They seem to not have race-conditions, or interact at all, yet. Having those routines called from a central place, would make it easier to ensure it stays this way.

<#23 (closed)> would definitely add interaction between StartServer and StartMenue_mobile. The latter checks which servers are running, and StartServer only needs to start a local server if there isn't one already running.
